Your Weekly Outfit Inspo

Happy Thanksgiving week! I’m in full-on outfit-planning mode, which inspired the outfit ideas below. I’m playing with a mix of modern and vintage pieces to create a unique styling perspective. Everything is meant to be comfortable for Thanksgiving feasts and easy to replicate with items already in your closet.

Brown plaid dress with faux fur vest and sneakers.

The easiest outfit, whether you’re hosting or attending family, friends, or significant-other celebrations. I kept everything pretty neutral but added a pop of red with the bag, and kept it comfortable with these trendy ballet sneakers.

  • Swaps: Trade the sneakers for boots or the vest for a jacket!
Striped black and white dress with leather black boots, handbag with metal grommets and silver pointy earrings.

The perfect dress for a day of overeating! I love the ease of a faux-wrap dress, and I think they’re super flattering on all body types. I kept this look simple with a black-and-silver color scheme, pairing it with these amazing ’80s earrings, a leather fringe bag, and tall boots.

  • Swaps: Grab your favorite jeans and striped sweater if you don’t have a similar dress. I’m re-creating this look with sneakers and my favorite Baggu Crescent Bag
Stripe wrap skirt with black sweater, leather balck boots, gold hoop earrings and black bucket bag.

I’ve had this DVF skirt in my closet for a few years, and it really is such a great staple for multi-season dressing. I paired it with a black sweater, hoop earrings, a fun bucket bag, and tall boots for a fall-ready look.

  • Swaps: Trade out the skirt for jeans or your favorite printed pant.
Black sweater with maxi slip skirt, long red leather jacket and tall boots and beaded brown bag.

Slip skirts are so versatile, and there are plenty you can thrift instead of buying new. I love a print, so I styled this one with a solid sweater and added a pop of color with a vintage red leather jacket and modern boots.

  • Swaps: If boots aren’t your style then easily swap them for sneakers or mules.
Polka dot croped jacket with gingham wide leg pants, beret hat, black bodysuit and short black boots.

An outfit for the fun aunt, which is exactly why I’ll be wearing this on Turkey Day! I’m having fun with print mixing, styling a cropped vintage polka-dot blazer with gingham pants, and topping it off with a beret for a playful accessory.

  • Swaps: If print-on-print feels like too much, you can swap either the top or bottom for a solid color.
Red stripe shirt with brown blazer, leopard print wide leg pants, red bucket bag and white sneakers.

I recently wore a version of this outfit and loved how comfortable and effortless it felt. The stretchy pants are perfect for post-meal naps! Everything is super easy to wear, but the blazer adds a bit of polish.

  • Swaps: You can easily pair this back to a solid black, white or brown shirt or swap for a sweater if you need extra warmth
